Building a strong base of core strength is a vital
first step to accomplish before you start to build larger
muscles. Just think about your body as if it were a house
you were building. You wouldn't want to put the walls up before
you built a strong foundation. The same goes for your body.
All those larger muscles may be able to perform heavy pushes
or pulls, but what about all those synergystic or "helper"
muscles. You know - those smaller muscles that hold things
together like your shoulder in it's socket...
So, here is my free gift to you. Do this program for a few
weeks and when you feel you are ready, come back for more!
A walking program or any other cardio can be incorporated
at the same time you are performing this workout.
